Who we are

This website is operated by Natasha Yev Permanent Makeup (ABN 37 715 120 992), a cosmetic tattooing and training practice based in Melbourne, Australia (“we”, “us”).

What we collect

• Training request form. When you send a request about a training course we receive the name and phone number you enter and the course you selected.
• Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not ask for payment details here.

How we use it

• to contact you about the training you asked about and to arrange dates;
• to keep the website working and protect it from misuse.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who helps us run the website

We use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers its pages.
• Web3Forms delivers training requests from the form to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces; your browser requests them from Google when the page loads.

These providers may store or process information outside Australia.

Links to other services

Buttons on this website open our online booking provider, WhatsApp and Instagram. Once you leave this website, the information you give those services is handled under their own privacy policies, not this one.

How long we keep it

Training requests are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and arrange your training, and are deleted when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at natayev.pm@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
